Breads
All breads in the shop (except French) are sliced at a regular thickness. If you call or visit to pre-order bread at least 24 hours ahead, you can ask for it regular-sliced, thick-sliced, or unsliced. Regular-sliced has approximately ½” slices; thick-sliced has approximately ¾” slices.
Breads available in-store and by order:
White, Brown (60%), or Whole Wheat Bread (100%): $2.75/loaf or $6.95/3 loaves

White or Brown (60%) Sandwich Bread: $2.95/loaf
More of a rectangular shape than our classic breads
French Bread: $3.50/loaf
Available Fridays and Saturdays (unsliced) in the shop. Can also be pre-ordered for any day we are open (regular-sliced, thick-sliced, or unsliced).
Cheese Bread: $4.95/loaf
A soft, white loaf with cheddar cheese baked through.
Hearth Bread: $4.50/loaf
This hearty bread has lots of good-for-you grains like whole wheat flour, rye, oatmeal, spelt, millet and flax.
Multigrain Bread: $4.50/loaf
With plenty of different grains, the white flour in this bread keeps it very soft and fluffy!
Nine Grain Bread: $5.25/loaf
This loaf starts with a white wheat flour base and we add lots of grains and seeds, including rye meal, oatmeal flakes, spelt flour, millet, sesame seeds, flaxmeal, and sunflower seeds. Also available in Whole Wheat Nine Grain.
Raisin Bread: $4.75/loaf
Available in white or brown.
Fruit Bread: $5.25/loaf
Our prettiest bread! This white loaf is baked in a round pan so it slices into circles.
Rye Bread: $5.25/loaf
Choose from Light, Dark, or Marble Rye. To make the marble, we swirl the light and dark together for a lovely effect.
Sourdough Bread: $4.50/loaf
Great for sandwiches, but also for dipping!
Frozen Pizza Dough: $2.95 each
Each ball makes one 12” pizza crust. Available in white or brown.

White Baguettes: $2.95/loaf
Perfect for a variety of appetizers and charcuterie.
Cinnamon Bread: $4.75/loaf (minimum order of 4 loaves)
White bread with cinnamon swirled through. Nice toasted with butter or for making French toast.
Individual Bread Bowls: $1.95 each for white, brown or whole wheat; $2.95 each for sourdough
This size is great for individual servings of chili, stew or cream soups.
Large Bread Bowls: $3.75 each for white, brown or whole wheat; $5.25 each for sourdough
